Welcome to ValoriaSMP Season 3! These rules are designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. Please read carefully — violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
Game Mechanics
1.
Vision Logging
If a player has seen you or is actively engaging with you, you are not allowed to use commands or log out to escape. Doing so will be considered vision logging, and your inventory may be given to the opposing player.
2.
Spawn Vision Rule
If you are in combat, you cannot enter spawn. However, if you are not in combat, entering spawn will not be considered vision logging.
Item Caps & Limits
Maximum Item Stack Limits: To maintain balance and prevent item hoarding, the following items have strict quantity caps per player.

Banned Items & Combat Rules
1.
TNT Minecarts
Prohibited — Cannot be used for any purpose
2.
End Crystals
Prohibited — Cannot be used for any purpose
3.
Explosive-Based PvP
All explosive-based PvP is prohibited
4.
Respawn Anchors
Prohibited — Cannot be used
5.
Combat Traps
Trapping or building combat traps near spawn is prohibited
6.
Killing Unarmed Players
Killing unarmed or unarmored players without a valid reason is prohibited
7.
Interfering with Fights
Players who interfere with or attempt to loot an ongoing fight may be attacked and killed
8.
Hacks & Modifications
Any form of hacks, unfair advantage mods, exploit resource packs, or other unauthorized modifications is strictly prohibited
Consequence: Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.
Cheat Detection & Hacking Accusations
1.
Accusing of Hacks
Accusing a player of hacking without proof means nothing. Words alone are not enough. If you want staff to take action against a hacker, you must provide clear evidence.
2.
Replay Footage Limitations
Many players accuse others of using hacks such as Aim Assist, Reach, or other combat cheats, but then submit nothing or replay footage. Replay videos often do not show cheats accurately, making it difficult for staff to determine whether a player is actually cheating.
3.
Recommended Evidence Methods
For reports involving hacks that are hard to identify, please use OBS or another reliable screen recorder and record your gameplay directly. This gives staff a much better view of what happened and helps us make fair decisions.
4.
Obvious Hacking
However, if you encounter a player who is blatantly hacking (for example: flying, obvious 7-8 block reach, impossible hitboxes, etc.), staff may take immediate action based on the available evidence.
5.
Minimum Evidence Requirement
If you do not have any screen recorder available, you must at least record the incident using Replay Mod or any replay system. While direct screen recordings are preferred, replay systems are acceptable as a minimum.
General Rules

Follow Discord TOS
All Discord Terms of Service rules must be followed

Staff Authority
Staff have the final say on punishments and rule interpretations
3.
Respect
Be respectful to everyone in the community
4.
Toxicity & Harassment
Keep toxicity to a minimum. Encouraging suicide, harassment, or similar behavior is prohibited
5.
Hate Speech
No hate speech, including racism, homophobia, sexism, or discrimination of any kind
6.
False Reports
Do not submit false reports through the report command
7.
Keep Disputes Private
Keep personal disputes and arguments in direct messages
8.
No Threats
No threats of any kind, including DDoS threats, death threats, or doxxing
9.
No Advertising
No advertising, self-promotion, or server promotion, either in the server or through DMs to members (Ban)
10.
No Excessive Pinging
No excessive pinging, including mass pinging or spam pinging
11.
No Leaving & Rejoining
Do not repeatedly leave and rejoin the server
12.
No Baiting
Do not attempt to bait, provoke, or trick others into getting punished or banned
13.
No Unsolicited NSFW
Do not send unsolicited gore, NSFW, or pornographic content through DMs (Ban)
14.
No NSFW Content
No pornographic, gore, NSFW, or borderline NSFW content, including sexual discussions
15.
No Sharing Private Information
Do not post another person's photos, DMs, personal information, or recordings without their permission (Ban)
16.
No Drug Discussion
Do not discuss, promote, or encourage drug use
Voice Chat Rules
1.
No Earrape or Spam
No earrape, mic spam, or excessively loud audio, including videos and sound effects
2.
No Music Bot Spam
Do not spam music bots
3.
Voice Changers & Soundboards
Keep the use of voice changers and soundboards to a minimum
4.
No NSFW Streaming
Do not stream gore, NSFW, pornographic, or sexual content
5.
Camera Privacy
Do not expose your genitals on camera (Ban)
6.
One Music Bot Per Channel
Only one music bot may be used per voice channel
7.
Recording Permission
If you choose to record audio or video in any voice channel, whether public or private, you must obtain permission from everyone in the call. The only exception is recording evidence for reports.
Text Chat Rules
1.
No Spam
Do not spam, flood, or create text walls. Sending 4 or more consecutive lines may be considered spam. Repeatedly sending the same messages, images, emojis, or GIFs is also prohibited.
2.
No Irrelevant Emotes
No irrelevant emote, sticker, or dot spam
3.
Media Channel Usage
Do not misuse media channels
4.
Suspicious Links
Do not send suspicious, malicious, or misleading links
5.
No Server Advertising
Do not advertise this server in other Discord servers through bot invites or unsolicited promotion
